Cape Town Photocross support Reach for a dream

Click2C Multi Media Promotions presents to you the first (3 March 2012) Cape Town Photocross that will be done twice yearly in the Mother City. One of the aims of the event (Cape Town Photocross) is to give back to the community through donations to non profit organizations. In 2012 we/YOU will be supporting the Reach for a Dream Foundation through a financial contribution. Support this worthy cause! 

What is the Cape Town Photocross about

The Cape Town Photocross is like a treasure hunt but you need to find 10 locations (not objects) around Cape Town where we took 10 photos, and replicate the 10 photos (Official sample images will be supplied at 8am on morning of race via a Facebook album on the Cape Town Photocross Facebook profile )...The first team to replicate our 10 images win a prize....You can enter as a team of 2 or 4 people....Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place...also for the most outrageously dressed team....The event is based on the hit TV show, The Amazing race and will take place on 3 March. Your team will be in a race against other teams (Amazing Race Style) to try to track down these Photo locations/landmarks first and to duplicate the 10 images.

As soon as your team has taken all the images correctly in line with the samples you must upload it to YOUR FACEBOOK PROFILE and TAG CAPE TOWN PHOTOCROSS in all 10 images. The first correct set in each category (Twin [2 members per team] and quad teams [4 members per team]) will each win an awesome prize. There will also be prizes for second and third places AND the most outrageously dressed team.

The Photocross is as much a test of your city knowledge as it is a fun way to explore Cape Town, while documenting your adventure with photos.

Teams of two (Twin) or four (Quad) people can enter for the first annual Cape Town Photocross that will take place on 3 March 2012.

Cost to enter

• Twin team: R160 (ONLY R80 per person)
• Quad team: R240 (ONLY R60 per person)

So, how do you enter:-

Step 1:  Become a friend of Cape Town Photocross (All team members must be Facebook friends of Cape Town Photocross to qualify for prizes)

Step 3: Pay entry fee – Twin Team R160 and Quad Team R240 (Cost is per team, not per member). Make sure to use TEAM NAME as reference on payment. See payment/account info below

Step 5: Receive proof of team entry from Cape Town Photocross (Click2C Multi Media Promotions official organizers)

All that is left to do then is to log into Facebook on the morning of 3 March. At 8am a photo album will be opened with 10 images teams need to track down, replicate, upload and Tag.
